Booking

To our valued clients, we want to let you know about an upcoming improvement to Colton Michael Hair Salon designed with you in mind. Quality, accuracy, and consistency are the core values of my business, and we want to continue to provide you with the absolute BEST service and experience. This new improvement will help me do that.

We are excited to announce that we will now be providing you with an easier, more individualized way to schedule your appointments. You will now have direct access via text to our Salon Phone Number 856-294-8400, for all your booking and rescheduling needs. My goal is to streamline the booking process for each of you.

We are so excited about this improvement to ensure a seamless booking process for each of you.  Every conversation is documented to ensure there is no miscommunication. This allows a more relaxing environment in which you can enjoy a more exclusive and customized experience. All New Client inquiries:

We ask you Text Colton Michael Hair Salon  856-294-8400 to inquire your appointment with us. Email is preferred as well, our email here is Coltonmichaelhs@gmail.com Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply.

Consultations :

It is our priority to conduct a thorough consultation before performing any service. Accordingly, it is imperative that each client be upfront and honest about their hair history. Any damage caused to the hair because of information withheld by the client during the consultation is neither the responsibility of the stylist no of Colton Michael Hair Salon

Credit Card Required:

Keeping a credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment. We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel the appointment. If 24 hours’ notice is not given for cancellation or reschedule, Colton Michael Hair Salon reserves the right to and will charge the credit card on file for 100% of the schedule service

Confirmation Text:

You first receive a text confirmation initial appointment. As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text that will require you to reply, once 72 hours prior to appointment and also 24 hours prior of appointment. If you do not confirm, your appointment will be cancelled, and a cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid a late arrival, a missed/cancelled appointment, and/or a cancellation fee.

Cancellations:

Your appointments are very important to Colton Michael Hair Salon. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the cost of scheduled service. Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Colton Michael Hair Salon.

No call/No Shows:

If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service.

Lateness :

Here at Colton Michael Hair Salon, we have a 10-minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call to let us know. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment and you will be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled service. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services Colton Michael Hair Salon.

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds of any kind.
